menu plan week of May 25

Monday: Steak (fried onions & mushrooms), corn on the cob, baked potatoes, & a BIG salad

Tuesday: Grilled Pork Tenderloin with jazzed up Kraut., leftover baked potatoes, and apples

Wednesday: Meatballs & eggplant over gnocchi with a side salad

Thursday: Chorizo & yellow rice stuffed peppers with a side salad

Friday: Chicken with Mac & Cheese and a BIG salad

Saturday: Leftovers or Order out or Breakfast

Sunday: NOLA Shrimp & crab balls!!
