3. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. This includes certification programs, one-time purchases, subscriptions, memberships, renewals, virtual summits, workshops, and downloadable products.
3.1 One-Time Fee Products
Purchases of certification programs, kits, workshops, or other one-time products are non-refundable and do not enroll you in a subscription unless purchased separately.
3.2 Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) automatically renew. By purchasing, you agree to recurring charges. Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals.
3.3 Subscription Cancellations
You are responsible for canceling your subscription through your dashboard before renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds, including prorated refunds, will be issued.
4. Use of Our Resources
You may not resell, repurpose, redistribute, embed, copy, or translate GoStrengths Inc. resources (free or paid). Embedding or incorporating our materials into your own programs, curricula, or products is strictly prohibited.
5. Shipping Terms
Most products are digital. Physical products ship via USPS, and delivery times are estimates. We do not guarantee delivery dates or issue refunds for delayed shipments.
6. Force Majeure
GoStrengths Inc. is not liable for delays or failures beyond its control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, supply shortages, power failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
